Rear Ashtray PowerPod® and Light. Have you ever woken up while camping in your Westy and fumbled to find that darn flashlight? Here is an easy way to provide a BUILT IN light to the REAR of your Vanagon. It replaces the useless rear flip out ashtray and gives you a built in flashlight that you cannot lose! 😉 Also available with a red nightlight that shines up, down or to the side (not directly out like the other version).
(This product ONLY fits in the ashtray right behind the driver’s seat!! The terminals NEARLY touch the outside wall of the van! To use it in any other location requires the use of the included spacer or bending the terminal ends over and using a 90 deg spade connector or soldering the wires. )
This PowerPod® replaces your stock rear flip open ashtray and bezel has an attractive textured finish.
This kit includes the following: Custom designed 3D printed pod made from durable ABS plastic, your choice of component and a switch.
**Please note that the brown option is NOT a match for the VW brown interior.
