Here is my take on drain screens for your 1997-2012 Boxster or Boxster S. These simply slip into the rear drain holes and help to prevent the drains from getting clogged. Easy-peasy install. The vented box design provides maximum flow while keeping debris out.
**I would strongly suggest that you clear the drains prior to installation! i mean, it only makes sense. I do offer a drain clearing tool available here in the webshop for just this purpose:

Compared to the previous screens I was using, these seem to be an improvement – primarily the way they insert securely into the drain tubes (previous units relied on a tension clip that wasn’t secure – causing an unseating of the screens which allowed for some debris to enter).
